Candidate will be responsible for leading development team.
Responsibilities include estimating tasks and work effort, interacting with
project management, providing status reports, managing defects and issues,
interacting with qa, design and architecture teams, coordinating builds and
releases. Candidate will be responsible for interviewing and assessing
addtional development staff, mentoring development team as well as providing
design and implementation as required. This is a hands on position.
Presentations and stakeholder communications are part of the job
responsibilities.
Additional Skills:
Communication skills, both oral and written, must be extraordinary.
Candidate must posess the ability to work under stress, with diverse group,
interacting at all levels. Ablility to multitask a must. Candidate must posess
a verifiable track record of leading successful development teams on mission
critical projects. Candidate must be able to supply and discuss in detail
examples of design and architecture for which they had full or principal
responsibility.
