This position requires an experienced COBOL/CICS programmer with current
IDMS database experience and some BA experience.
Candidates need to have many years of Medicaid application experience
which is required as all processing associated with this group is Medicaid
related.
Desired skills also include LIBRARIAN, Connect Direct, AFP, and NSYC
The chosen candidate will need some Business Analysis experience in order
to work closely with the customer staff at many locations (i.e. MHD, ACS, PSI,
IFOX, DFS, etc...) to gather requirements to complete projects and assignments
and to make recommendations to improve existing processing. EXCELLENT VERBAL
AND WRITTEN COMMUNICATION SKILLS ARE ESSENTIAL.
They will also help train junior staff in learning new application
systems and with technical training..must be very competent in full life cycle
project development.
