Candidates should expect the first round interview to be face to face.
Bachelors degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or related
field or equivalent work experience.
Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA), Microsoft Certified
Systems Engineer (MCSE), or equivalent work experience
The position will be responsible for supporting a number of both third
party and internally developed application systems, and develop and maintain a
comprehensive library of support documentation. Evaluates products and upgrades
for appropriateness. Oversees and implements system upgrade strategies.
4+ years experience in maintaining, installing, upgrading,
troubleshooting, and general support of mission critical business applications
involving a wide variety of technologies as an IT system administrator, system
engineer, application developer, or system analyst is required.
A working knowledge of:
a.) Web application technologies such as servlet, JSP, JSTL, XHTML, XSLT,
CSS, Javascript, Flash and AJAX.
b.) Networking protocols (TCP/IP, HTTP, SSL, DNS, FTP, IIS, Web Sphere,
etc)
c.) Interfacing and working with Databases (Oracle, SQL, PL-SQL Stored
Procedures, Query Tuning)
d.) Authentication methodologies: Active Directory, Radius, Kerberos,
Novell, or LDAP
Experience with applications and development tools such as Remedy,
DocuShare, Server Load Balancing and Application Monitoring, MS Project,
ClearCase, and Caliber is a plus.
