*Short Description:*
Configure SAP 4.7 Time Management Module for modifications to the 2008
Christmas Holiday Schedule. Perform current business process analysis and
recommend improvements throughout HCM.
*Complete Description:*
The candidate must possess strong SAP 4.7 Enterprise – EAPS Time Management
skills in order to evaluate and configure changes to the State of Arkansas's
current Holiday Schedule. Candidate should also possess SAP ECC 6.0
experience.
The candidate must possess the skills to perform the configuration of
existing and new business processes.
The candidate must possess a thorough knowledge of the time schema, time
evaluation process, time configuration (including work schedules, absence
quotas, absence/attendance type codes, etc), CATS (timesheets), and should
have a general understanding of the OM/PA functional areas which is
necessary to troubleshoot time-related issues.
The candidate should possess SAP 4.7 Enterprise Benefits Administration
configuration skills. Candidate should also possess SAP ECC 6.0 experience.
The candidate must possess the skill set to aid in the responses of
day-to-day operational help desk inquiries.
*Years of Relevant Experience:* 5 plus
*Preferred Education*: 4 year college degree or equivalent technical study
or advanced degree
