Statement of Work: Administrator
. Comprehensive technical knowledge of Windows 2003 and 2008 Active
Directory and Exchange 2003 and 2007 to include OU Infrastructures, global
groups, group policy, and distribution groups.
. Comprehensive technical knowledge of Active Directory Security
. Comprehensive technical knowledge of MS SQL database and AIX security
. Comprehensive technical knowledge of SQL and Oracle Database
. Comprehensive technical knowledge of LDAP infrastructure
. Working knowledge of "Role Based" Security.
. Strong working knowledge of eTrust Admin 8.1 SP2 to include
installation, upgrade, and configuring for RBS and provisioning system access.
. Strong working knowledge of CA Identity Manager 8.1 SP2 and R12 to
include installation, upgrading, configuration, and customization or web pages
and coding.
. Working knowledge of ACE (Premium Edition) of Identity Manager to
include installation and configuration.
. Programming experiences with Java Technology in working with CA
Connector Xpress for CA Identity Manager.
. Programming experiences with C++ or C# .net for Program Exit building
in eTrust Admin
. Scripting experience with JavaScript, PERL or VB Script
. Web Programming knowledge of HTML, SPML, and XML
b. Deliverables:
. Evaluate and take corrective action as necessary for Active Directory
environment in preparation for implementing Role Based Security (RBS)
. Work with AAFES technical staff to design best RBS environment based on
Security and Infrastructure requirements
. Review and update AD Security Groups as necessary for authorized users
. Work with AAFES technical staff to create a project plan for testing
and implementation of approved RBS design for appropriate applications/systems
in distributed environment
. Evaluate Security Officer Central SQL database and normalize
associates' data for eTrust, AD and Exchange 2003/2007
. Evaluate ASAP AIX security and help implement CA Access Control for a
strong access control
. Provide weekly or as necessary RBS project status report for the
assigned work
. Complete all tasks identified for project that are required for Role
Base Security implementation
