* 5+ Years of web development experience for an e-commerce site.
* Must have experience working with either Escalate Retail or Blue Martini
* Development experience with Java, JavaScript, JSP, SQL Server, IIS and
HTML.
* Solid understanding of e-commerce business practices and terminology.
* Solid understanding of web programming and development *best practices*
for e-commerce applications.
* Understanding of web based architecture and application monitoring.
* Ability to meet tight deadlines.
* Excellent oral and written communications.
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and with other
members of cross-functional teams.
