The Department of Family and Protective Services (DFPS) requires the
services of a qualified contractor to provide professional services in the
estimation, design, development and deployment of various initiatives related
to the enhancement of the IMPACT system. The worker will provide input into the
systems development estimates and conceptual designs. Once consensus is reached
on the scope and approach, the worker will serve as the technical lead for the
project as it proceeds.
8 years Experience analyzing and evaluating business systems and user
needs to formulate technical solutions that address business requirements.
8 years Experience preparing technical estimates for small to medium
sized initiatives.
8 Experience directing and coordinating work of others to develop, test,
install, and modify programs.
Preferences:

8 Experience reviewing computer system capabilities, specifications, and
scheduling limitations to determine if requested program or program change is
possible within existing system
8 Experience providing support and making recommendations for information
technology systems processes associated with software technology planning,
development, implementation, system security, and interfaces.
