We have an immediate requirement for "Business Analyst / Project Manager"

Location: Franklin Lakes-NJ
Duration: 6 To 12 Months

Rate : $ 45 / hour on Corp to Corp.
Job Description:
RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Manage project teams through analysis, development and implementation
of book of business and client specific enhancements to the member website.
· Define and write business requirements and functional specifications
to deliver first-class, internet pharmacy products and services.
· Exhibit expert project management discipline and escalate critical
issues or problems to the project leader.
· Work cross-functionally with a team of marketing, compliance,
technology, development, design and business professionals.
· Interact regularly with the core product team and extended sub-teams
to manage expectations and ensure effective project communications.
· Analyze website activity, surveillance reports, and error logging to
identify potential issues and future enhancement opportunities supporting
Client's web capabilities.
· Measure/track/report project/product effectiveness and make
recommendations based on findings.
· Coordinate with product and marketing teams to drive increased
website usage and conversion rates.
· Manage projects from inception through launch w/subsequent
monitoring/evaluation of success criteria.
· Apply business analysis and usability principles to web-based product
and service development initiatives.
QUALIFICATIONS:
· Extensive E-commerce project management and business requirements
writing experience required.
· Track record of effectively managing concurrent projects while
balancing multiple tasks and priorities.
· Experience working with technology and design partners creating
web-based products and services.
· Proven ability to interpret, summarize and communicate information
effectively to senior management.
· Excellent written and oral communications skills.
· Outstanding organizational skills, analytical ability and attention
to detail.
· Proven team player who can effectively work and interface with all
levels of the organization.
· Ability to understand and communicate complex business and technology
issues.
· Self-motivated / high leadership potential.
· Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, MIS, or a related field.
· Full competency with MS Office suite.
