Req. ID: Req-1956 - Pega Developer with BCBS
Description: We need a Pega person for Blue Cross Blue Shield in Durham,
NC. Rate is the best you can send to me but must be reasonable. Full name,
phone, and email is required on all resumes. 6 months to a year contract
PEGA PRPC Developer responsible for development, configuration, testing,
implementation, support and maintenance of Business Rules Engines (BRE) in
support of claims processing applications.
. Develop BRE aspects of claims processing project deliverable
integrating with middleware in SOA environment - utilizing SOAP, MQ and JMA to
deliver reusable rules.
. Coordinate development tasks with related team members.
. Update system documentation in accordance with regulatory requirements
for all functional objects, scripts and applications created or changed.
. Strictly adhere to Validation Processes and Quality & Compliance
requirements are expected.
Specific Experience/Skills Needed:
. 3+ years of experience in Business Rules Engine development experience
using PEGA PRPC
. Certification: PEGA System Architect V5.4
Assets
. Excellent Verbal and Written communications is a must.
. Prior Experience at BCBSNC is a great asset. If that is not available,
experiences at other Blue Cross Blue Shield franchises, followed by general
insurance practices.
. Experience with claims processing is highly desired.
. Demonstrated success as team leader / team member on large project is
desired.
. Mentoring experience desired but not required.
