Job Classification: Sr. Performance Engineer with HP Mercury
Certification
Location: Sandiego, CA (Locals will be given 1st preference)
Duration: 6 months contract to possible hire
Rates: $48/hr C2C
NOTE: I NEED EVERY SKILL MENTIONED IN THE REQUIREMENT ON THE RESUME. 3
PEOPLE WERE REJECTED ALREADY AS THEY DID NOT HAVE THE REQUIRED SKILLS.
SO MAKE SURE ALL THE SKILLS ARE PRESENT.
Do you have:
* 5+ yrs experience using HP’s Performance Center and Load Runner
Tools and Quicktest Pro Tool
* In-depth understanding of measuring performance in a three
tiered application environment utilizing Microsoft technologies
* Ability to turn performance results into recommendations
* Minimum of 5 years prior programming/scripting experience (Perl,
VBScript, SQL)
* Minimum of 5-8 years performance testing experience
* Thorough understanding of the Development Life-Cycle Process
* Experience with designing, developing and the execution of
reusable performance scripts
* Thorough understanding of Testing Methodologies and practical
application
* Worked in a structured environment with standard QA Procedures
and Processes
* Understanding of Formalized QA Product Risk Analysis and
Techniques
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written are
critical as you will be interacting with clients and internal business
units
* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
* Experience training and mentoring junior QA staff in formal and
informal settings
* HP Mercury Pro certifications
* Working knowledge of more than one scripting / programming
languages
* Experience developing WEB applications
* Knowledge of multi-tier WEB architectures
* Experience creating relational databases
* Experience utilizing and/or managing version control system(s)
using automation
* Network and Hardware experience
