years experience in all of the mandatory skills.
Mandatory Experience
At least 5 years of Experience in the following:
* Designing, Developing, unit testing and implementing program and
database code required for single and multiple tier business
applications and systems in distributed multi-user environments.
* Experience with Windows server class operating systems, windows
client and internet browser environments
* Designing, testing and implementing relational databases
including a full understanding of SQL scripting using MS SQL Server,
SQL reporting, stored procedures, web applications, C#, OOP, AJAX, MS
Access and data analysis
* Experience with Microsoft integrated development environments
and tool sets
* Experience in programming, testing, and maintaining program code
for systems using configuration and object management tools
* Programming thick or thin GUI’s/clients or web based systems
Highly desired experience and qualification
* Knowledge of development technologies such as Visual
Studio, .NET, JAVA, IIS, HTML, XHTML, HTTP/HTTPS to presentation
layer, web services, messaging and middle ware
* Ability to provide guidance, peer mentoring and knowledge
transfer to client
* Must have full understanding of testing process and procedures
* Must be willing to work within client’s configuration management
process
* Knowledge of system interfaces such as GeoLearning LMS, SAP,
HRDIS, ASPEN, Pathlore
* Knowledge of Microsoft Team Foundation Server
* Knowledge and experience with the software development lifecycle
and associated deliverables
