Required Skills
* Ten to twelve years of project management experience
* Current or recent hands on project management responsibilities
for project with budget over $2 million dollars.
* Current or recent hands project management in collaborative
information technology projects experience in government
* Excellent written and oral communication skills; highly
developed interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to interact
with all technical and non-technical members of the organization, as
well as constituents/stakeholders.
* Knowledge using SDLC.
Desired Skills
* Recent experience working with govt. agencies with potential
collaborative interfaces with unemployment insurance.
* Experience managing a project in a government entity
* Experience creating standards, templates, procedures, and
policies
* Experience with electronic document management system -
particularly Filenet or SharePoint.
* Advanced knowledge using Microsoft Project
* Project Management Certification
