- Develop BI planning layout for TPM
- Integration IPC
- Market segmentation (customer, product target groups)
- CRM specific BI-like Reporting for TPM, IC, Web
- Design BI reports - CRM data integration
Mobility MCM Backend Specialist(Position #2)
- CRM Backend for the Mobility Solution
- Partner, Product, iBase - master data for integration
- Activity& Service Policy Mgmt.
- Opportunity Mgmt
- Leads Mgmt
- Knowledge of CRM IC and TPM for integration purposes
- Territory& Salesforce Mgmt
- Interfacing objects for tactical bridge for Mobility of External vendors
Web Channel Specialist (Position #3)
- CRM Web Channel (ISA, ECO)
- CRM Portal Design
- CRM IC Sales & Service knowledge (for integration with order mgtm,
product listing, ATP, service, etc.)
- CRM Partner Channel (optional)
- Java Skills for IPC Pricing
- Product Catalog
- TREX / Enterprise Search
Trade Promotion Specialist (Position #4)
- CRM TPM
- Integration with APO
- Market segmentation (customer, product target groups)
- Target Group refresh and sync with ECC
- CRM Funds Mgmt and integration with BPS
- CRM Claims Mgmt and integration with ECC FSCM
- CRM IPC Pricing related to TPM
- Condition and Rebate Agreements Exchange CRM<-> ECC
- BI-BPS-Layout-Integration (design perspective)
Rate: $60/hr, Job Type: Contract, Start Date: ASAP, Duration: 6 MON,
