Hi Partners, Please find below requirement and kindly send me suitable profiles ASAP Washington, Dist. of Columbia 20016 Duration: 6 months This position is for a Business Analyst III that has a VERY STRONG financial background; not just someone who has worked in various financial institutions. *Manager is looking for someone that is at least a level 2 CFA; level 1 will not be considered.* *Minimum Requirements*: * * *• Very good understanding of Portfolio management of fixed income portfolios * *• Very good understanding of various fixed income instruments and fixed income derivatives * *• Good understanding of modeling and valuation of the above instruments * *• CFA is highly desired - Levels 2 and 3. * * * In addition, the candidate should have the following skills. • Prior experience working directly with end users gathering requirements. • Excellent documentation skills. • Experience with working as a liaison between financial end users and the technical team. Applicant must meet ALL of these requirements. *Description*: The Risk Management Applications Group (RMA) supports Capital Markets Strategy (CMS) in developing applications that measure risk and return on the Client's portfolio including interest rate risk and credit risk. This includes attribution of risk and return. The Analyst is responsible for analyzing and documenting requirements related to several projects ongoing with CMS including Total Return Infrastructure (TRI). Responsible for interfacing with several key stakeholders including CMS users and other users of RMA including Capital Markets Pricing, Enterprise Risk Office etc. Responsible for sessions with users to gather and document requirements. Responsible for keeping requirements up to date. The position entails working very closing with development and testing teams within RMA. A successful candidate will work well in a challenging work environment that is deadline driven. This position requires attention to detail in all documentation produced.
