SAP Program Manager Pratice SAP - HCM R3 SAP HCM/ SAP FICO Functional 10 years of professional exp and 5 years in SAP Relevant Experience 7-8 years Client Inteview Required • Experience working with SAP HCM, FICO, Payroll, Contract Management is a MUST. 10+ years professional experience • 5+ years of SAP product application experience • At least two full life-cycle SAP R/3 or ERP projects in a hands-on role. • Solid understanding of PM module and integration with QM and Procurement • Interpersonal skills: strong presentation/ communication / facilitation/ leadership skills (oral and written) • Proven ability to o Handle and thrive on accountability o Guide business owners and understand business processes o Maintain customer focus in the midst of difficult circumstances o Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment o Work independently as well as within groups o Identify and effectively resolve issues Experience working in FL&R Vertical (Freight, Logistics and Rail).
