Hi everyone,

Please try and attend the womens' health day.
Sharmila Rao and many other progressive South Asian
women have put a tremendous amount of work into this
effort.

This is an opportunity to support the critical work of
like-minded colleagues. Plus, there is a free lunch on
the government's dime. JK.

The focus of last Spring's event was on articulating
the issues and creating a safe space for dialogue.
Now, the focus is on addressing issues through
mobilization and action.

PLEASE forward info to friends and organizations, and
post on relevant listervs and Web sites. Encourage
people to RSVP. Thank you ~~

=====
We, who are parts of Adam, heard with him
The song of angels and of seraphim.
Our memory, though dull and sad, retains
Some echo still of those unearthly strains.
