API precinct walk for Obama - this Saturday!!

Hi all!

Get ready for some action this Saturday!  We will be going door to door to a targeted list of voters and leaving literature in� West Ridge!

 

After consultation with various maps and numbers and Obama�s campaign, we have decided to focus on West Ridge, also known as West Rogers Park, and specifically the precincts in the area between Peterson and Devon, from Western to Kedzie.  High concentration of Asians, particularly South Asians, a fair number of them English-speaking, precincts being targeted by Obama�s campaign, good prospects for future organizing, and potential for future political impact in the 50^th ward.

(able to fit 10-12 people, for training 10-11am and again for evaluation 1-1:30)
