Hi all,
Anoop, thanks for taking the lead on PR & funding for Final Solution. Yes, assume May 1st. I think 12-6 makes it more likely that we should provide lunch & that's a hassle I'd like to avoid, so I've asked from 1-6pm--that leaves an hour for questions & perhaps a 20 minute break between parts 2 & 3. Regarding Chicago campus venue--you might be thinking of the large auditorium which seats 850 & seems too large for our purposes & would be much tougher to get. Still, it will feel like a theater & that's a plus.
Monica suggested (& I also thought of) Chicago Filmmakers as an option. I originally didn't want to use them because I thought the space was too small, but I think it would work okay if we have no other options. They have a screening on May 1st but it's at 8pm, so I will ask Patrick tomorrow once I hear something--anything--from the other 2 options.

Also yea we need more time than just 1-5...12-6?

again maybe it's not the one I've been to : ) Of course we'll need to get it
soon if it's available!!!
I'll give M. Rasheed a call later to discuss funding (now that we have more exact costs at hand) I think that might be better than emailing him.
