So we do now have a venue, though the exact location (room) has not been confirmed--will probably know by tomorrow so we can start the PR blitz.
All PR will need to list 3rd I, SAPAC & South Asian Law Student�s Association (SALSA) as co-sponsors, at least so far.
I have asked for 1 to 6pm & am trying to verify times with Biju to make sure the break is in the right place: 1pm-3pm (parts1 & 2) & 3:30-5 (parts 3 &4) with 1hr Q&A with director at 5pm. So we also need to wait to hear back about this before making the final draft of the PR.
Anoop, I know you're busy but will you be able to draft a flyer so we can give you feedback & start looking for co-sponsors, which I know Rasheed has been itching to do for a while? I also asked Venu about IABA possible co-sponsoring.
