Job Description:* Experience testing Cognos reports
As a Tester you will perform data analysis, data mapping, functional design,
and quality assurance/Testing for Data Warehousing and other ETL related
projects. The individual will be working closely with Project
Leads/Managers.
Required Skills:* Advanced understanding of SQL in accessing and
manipulating data in large Oracle Databases.
Reviews and analyzes source data, analyzes and documents data flows, and
validates mapping specifications and business rules from data source to
target.
Develops SQL queries/scripts and similar artifacts to validate the
completeness, integrity and accuracy of data within an ETL process testing
cycle.
Designs and develops automated solutions (scripts, functions, programs,
processes) to increase the efficiency of the ETL and other testing
processes.
Understands the business intelligence of data warehousing environments
including technologies and processes across data sourcing, validation,
reconciliation, and related ETL functions; data warehouse and data mart
performance as well as front end reporting tool performance.
Performs analysis that is diverse and very complex and works independently
under general direction (i.e. writing queries).
Perform Data Analysis and develop Data Mapping documents for ETL projects.
Contribute to the analysis of data requirements and development of logical
data models.
Good understanding on testing principles and concepts.
Develops test scenarios and scripts that match the business users objectives
to confirm system functions are met.
Participates in designs and development of test cases. Develops test
strategies and approaches that align with business users. Works with IT
Development to ensure feasibility of design and clarify user requirements.
Develop and execute testing related activities, including test plans, test
case or results analysis; coordination of testing activities, diagnosis of
application or process deficiencies and/or problems.
Ensure appropriate regression testing between impacted systems.
Work with users to ensure user acceptance testing criteria and standards are
met.

Education/Certifications:* Bachelors Degree in computer science or related
field or equivalent work experience

Three to five years of ETL \ Data warehousing testing experience

Job Title : SAP Business Analyst
Location : Bellevue, WA
Duration : 5+ Months*

*Education and Experience: *
A four year degree in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent
A minimum of 4 years functional business experience in Sales, Supply Chain,
or Finance, or equivalent functional experience
SAP knowledge and functional experience using the SD, MM, FI and CO modules
Prior experience creating business and system process flows and narratives
Prior experience creating training documentation
Project management skills
Experience working with SOD violations as part of Sarbanes Oxley
requirements
General knowledge and exposure to SAP CRM is a plus

Knowledge of project management and software development life cycle(SDLC)
methodologies
Understanding of SAP ASAP methodology
Fundamental understanding of financial concepts such as a P&L, Balance

Knowledge of Business Process Management concepts and methodology a plus
Prior experience using Quality Center a plus

Preferred skills: The candidate needs to have specific SAP skills in modules
