*Position: Project Manager*

*The PM should have:*
• Minimum 5 years experience managing large, business systems/applications
projects
• Strong IT (Information Technology) skills, either by degree or experience
• SAP skills/experience strongly preferred
• Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
• Global perspective and/or experience working with dispersed global teams
• Leadership qualities
• Team management skills
• Financial management skills
• Effective problem solving and conflict resolution skills
*Responsibilities would include-* Scope Management, Time Management, Quality
Management, Human Resource Management, Risk Management, Procurement
Management etc.
• Bachelors Degree – Information Technology, Computer Science, Business;
Masters Degree a plus
• Professional Certification: PMI - PMP (Project Management Professional)
certification
• SAP (or major packaged software) certification or proven experience
• Communication and presentation skills as judged by interview
• Strong team building and management skill as judged by references
