*Required Experience*
1. *A minimum 8+ years of experience with 5+ years of experience in
direct, hands-on design and implementation of Hyperion Planning, Essbase,
and Performance Reporting solutions for large companies (or Big 4 consulting
experience within this solution area). *
2. *Proven experience creating reports using the Interactive Reporting,
Smartview toolset *
3. *4 years of experience with Hyperion Planning & Essbase *
4. *Must have strong finance background and experience in manufacturing
and financial Domain *
5. *Must have worked in all phases of budgeting, forecasting,
consolidation, and financial reporting applications in atleast 2 end to end
implementations. *
6. *Previous experience in full lifecycle implementations of new planning
processes using a formal implementation methodology and implementing
Hyperion Planning Plus (experience with Planning System 11 preferred). *
7. *Demonstrated ability to prepare specifications and reports, deliver
oral presentations, and explain complex technical concepts in simple terms.

8. *Metadata and Data Integration experience would be preferred. *
*3) Title: Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer(MCSE) with good
experience on Windows 2003 server – Backfill Position*
* Location: **San Jose CA*
* Duration: 3 - 6 months*

- *MCSE with good experience on Windows 2003 server** ***
- *Excellent communication *
- *Basic Cisco networking experience (CCNA would be really wonderful) is
what we should look for. *
- *VOIP, SIP and other streaming video protocol experience is a must** *
*Mandatory:*
- *Strong experience on Windows 2003 (MCSE preferred)** ***
- *Should have strong experience in Video Streams and on VOIP
