- At least 3 years of development team lead experience with building and
delivering custom SharePoint 2007 solutions and a minimum 5+ years of
Microsoft.Net (C#)/ ASP.Net experience.
- Experience in architecture, planning, development, deployment and
maintenance of large scale SharePoint implementation.
- Deep understanding of SharePoint object model and coding best
practices.
- Experience with building and delivering “custom” SharePoint solution,
including custom web parts, custom visual studio workflows, business data
catalog and custom features and solution packages.
- Extensive XML experience including XSD, XSLT and CAML.
- Thorough knowledge of building, managing and deploying custom InfoPath
forms and integrating the InfoPath forms within custom SharePoint workflows.
- Clear understanding of SharePoint Web Content Management features and
publishing model, including proven web development experience (e.g., Master
Pages, Layout Pages, Themes, HTML, XHTML, JavaScript, Flash, CSS).
