*Multiple QA Positions / Woonsoket, RI (or) Chicago (or) Scottsdale / Rate+
expenses** *
- Must know BAC with Business Process Monitoring (BPM’s), SLM (Service
Level Management) and Data collection
- Must have 5 years minimum experience with BAC. BAC was also known in
the Mercury days as Topaz.
- Must know how to configure the BAC dashboard for Data collection.
- Knowledge of SiteScope (SiS or SAM) is preferred
- Knowledge of RUM (Real User Management), Diagnostics, or uCMDB is
helpful (people will list the acronyms on their resumes).
- Experience developing best practices
- Experience mentoring others is a must
- Documentation skills must be outstanding
- Ability to work independently to do an upgrade or implementation is a
must.
- Travel up to 100% of the time. Can live anywhere with a major airport.

b. Diagnostics/BPM resources starting 06/14/10 for 3-5 months - Chicago
• *Project 3* –Locations: Chicago and Scottsdale
