Senior Essbase Developer Location Preference:Basking Ridge, NJ
Projected Start Date:Immediate Duration of Assignment: right-to-hire after 3 months *Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:* - 2-5 years of experience with SQL including stored procedures - Hands-on experience with Oracle RDBMS - 3+ years "hands-on" experience with budgeting, consolidation, and financial reporting applications - 3+ Design and Develop BI reports and cubes - 3+ years "hands-on" development experience with Hyperion Planning and Essbase, Business Rules, HAL, Windows Batch Scripting, Shared Services, Essbase and Planning Security Administration. - 3+ years "hands-on" experience in maintaining and administering Hyperion Planning and Essbase applications, including administration of security in Shared Services and Planning, hierarchy maintenance, user support and analysis of system issues and root cause identification. - Essbase and Planning experience must demonstrate experience with development and enhancement of Business Rules, calculations scripts and outline member formulas of moderate complexity (i.e., multi-step allocations) *Additional desired skills include:* - Direct experience with ETL tools from Oracle, IBM/Cognos, Informatica or Microsoft is a plus - Comprehend and implement custom data models.
