Experience – 8-10 Year Min Location – East Coast (NJ) and South (GA) Skill set Must Have · About 8-10 years of FileNet experience with focus on Architecting solution based on Image Services, CFS-IS and P8 4.x with o Experience or exposure of Content Modeling (including Object Store modeling) o Development experience on Java/J2EE with Websphere IDE – P8 Content Manager APIs o Good understanding of Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) o Image Viewing /Streaming for web based applications (Non Applet approach) o Good understanding of FileNet Application Performance tuning to ensure sub second retrievals o Proactive, Good verbal and written communication along with interpersonal skills Good to Have o Good understanding of FileNet Infrastructure – including High Availability & Disaster Recovery o Good understanding of ICR/OCR concepts o Experience of Image Services to P8 migration o Agile Methodology – Scrum practices with distributed team o Willingness to work with Onsite Offshore based set-up 2) FileNet P8 Developer Experience – 6-8 Year Min Location – Hoffman Estates, IL Skill set · FileNet P8 (version 4.5) – preferably with Java. Would be good to have knowledge or understanding of .NET · IBM’s CAPTURE (version 5.x) product and the ability to support ingestion processes using it · Experience integrating FileNet P8 with SAP transactional systems. This would include knowledge of ACSAP, SAP repository configuration including OAC0 and OACT transactions, and related activities. 1. Work with Client’s Operations team for all infrastructure support related task specific to tickets opened on environment or identified from site scope. And should possess skills to debug the application related tickets as when needed. 2. FileNet software and patch upgrades/deployments (Not application related deployments). 3. Identify issues with external ingestion systems like Facsys, Kofax and work with concerned partner or support group. 4. High level root cause analysis for application related issue and pass onto architect or application support teams for resolution. 5. Work on IBM PMRs for any environment issues specific FileNet P8. 6. Impact notifications during upgrades, deployments, backups, patches, system downtime & application related issues. 7. Required to perform monitoring of P8 System during normal business hours apart from health check reported generated by offshore team.
