*Requirements:*
*1.** **Must have 2-4 yrs of **Hands-on Development experience with
J2EE and related platform technologies utilizing JSP including the following
areas: *
*Screen Design:*
a. Experience in developing web application including Screen & Report
Layout design
b. Ability to communicate with user to gather business requirements
for screen/ report layout design
– Interpret the current system’s source code, such as PL/SQL , ASP,
Oracle 11i Forms (Nice to have)
c. Ability to identify business scenarios during requirement
gathering phase.
*Functional Design:*
a. Experience in design and programming logics for
Screen/Report/Batch’s Background Logic by asking to users by him/herself
*Testing*:
a. Perform unit test/integration test based on business scenario with
full coverage (Black box Test/ White Box Test, etc.)
2. Must have a Good understanding in SDLC, and at least to have two
implementation circles in any web application developments
3. Experience in all aspects of the development of dynamic and
distributed Web based applications, including gathering requirements and
feedback from internal customers, providing creative direction, and defining
and implementing advanced technical solutions.
4. Must be able to interface effectively with all levels of the
organization.
5. Must have excellent interpersonal skills and be strong and
effective communicator
6. Good writing skills and ability to multi task in the support of
this project
