*Job Roles / Responsibilities: *
· To liaise with the operations business partners on daily basis and
track all production issues to closure
· To liaise with cross commit teams for follow up on production
issues / maintain status tracker
· To work with the onsite tech lead and offshore PM / leads on
various Work request's slotted for monthly BAU release
· Create test data / test plan / artifacts for monthly BAU release
· Aid in preparing TIA for monthly BAU release
· Represent application BAU changes in change approval board
meetings / follow up for approvals
· Maintain dashboard / status reports for Daily / Weekly / Monthly
availability, performance metrics
· Prepare adhoc reports on operations / production issues as
required
