1. Name: Services Support Manager – Agile Support
2. Typical current role / designation in candidate’s existing company:
Senior MS infrastructure resource (Sr. Admin / Lead / Architect)
3. Location: - Redmond, WA
4. Duration: - 3 months (could get extended, but not guaranteed)
5. Mandatory: -
a. 6-10 years of overall experience in MS products based infra / sys
admin support (*Primary mandatory skill*)
i. Windows
administration *(Mandatory) (Primary mandatory skill)*
ii. Excellent
(guru) skills in Exchange Server (preferably 2007 and / or 2010*)
(mandatory) (Primary mandatory skill)*
iii. Knowledge
/ experience of support for one / many / all of the below products *(Secondary
skill, very good to have but not absolutely essential)*
1. SharePoint
2. LiveMeeting
3. OCS (Office Communication Server)
4. BlackBerry
6. Preferred (*Good to have only*)
a. Formal experience of infrastructure support engagements / customers
b. Experience in the Online versions of Exchange, LiveMeeting and OCS.
7. Quick joining (strongly preferred)
