Technical leadership of team responsible for Quality Assurance and testing of one or more SAP Modules. Experience in test case design, execution and defect management. Create and support standards, processes, and procedures necessary to produce the deliverables from the team and work effectively with other teams. Ensure coverage of all areas of expertise necessary to support and grow the business within the Manager's area of responsibility. Create and maintain staffing plan to support the current and future work demands and project deliverables. Provide leadership, direction and coaching on project specific tasks as well as individual professional development. Have good experience in portal testing, great communicator and coordination, familiarity with SAP is a good to have.
