Level: Lead Consultant
Activities:
- Current state analysis of PA application
- Rank application components, interfaces, technologies with respect to
criticality and enterprise/industry standard
- Define Solution alternatives with pros and cons
- Participate in recommending one Solution alternative
- Detail Conceptual Architecture for the solution recommendation
- Estimate Post concept phase (Definition, construction, release) for
solution recommended
- Participate in defining delivery strategy
Skills:
- 8-12 years overall experience (MUST)
- 4-5 years of strong expertise in Microsoft Solution Architecture (MUST)
- Current in .Net (3.5/3.0/4.0) (MUST)
- Large scale enterprise wide Visual Basic 6.0 to .Net migration experience
including solutioning, and delivery (MUST)
- Insurance background is highly preferred
