Job Description:
• Daily support of Debt Manager (DM) application
• Daily support of Commercial Lending's Finance Center application
• Incident management / trouble shooting of DM application
• Working with vendors and holding them accountable
• Completing IT roadmap items such as testing IE8 and Win 7.0
• Consulting on projects
• Networking across Systems
• Daily communications with business partners and vendors
Desired knowledge areas:
• Understanding of FTP process
• Familiarity with Web sphere server settings / integration
• Working knowledge of Client/Server applications
• SQL knowledge for troubleshooting
