· Create and track project / program schedule and critical milestones. · Keep track of scope change, communications, issues and risks, and organizational change to meet project objectives. · Work with Workstream Leader and other Project team members to ensure that deadlines to project issues, project plan, program changes etc. are met. May work on a group of projects associated with Fix It worksteam. · Responsible for maintaining "audit ready" focus for 'Fix It' projects applying TPM methodology and ensure that all project artifacts are loaded in Planview and Sharepoint sites. · Work on specific 'Fix it' projects related to implementing recommendation to reduce Vendor software expenses. Determine and implement an approach for concurrent licensing monitoring. · Determine and implement an approach for unauthorized licensing monitoring. · Project management experience / strong and proven capabilities across all phases of project management. · Thought leadership for direction setting, asking clarifying questions and identifying appropriate issues and risks to be mitigated. · Strong facilitation and communications skills. · Document, manage and mitigate risks. · Document and manage issues to resolution. · Escalate as required for project success. · Immediately engage to develop a business case and requirements.
