Required Qualifications:
• Proficient in Microsoft Office software; specifically Excel,
Word, or related products
• Able to conduct a client interview (internal and external)
regarding new development and problem resolution, with ability to
document and follow-up.
• Proficient written and verbal communication skills.
• Associate or Bachelor of Science degree in Management
Information Systems, or Computer Science and Business Administration
or comparable related work experience.
Prior Experience:
· 2+ years of experience in:
· OO design and development
· Advanced Java development
· UML
· 2+ years of experience working with following
· IBM Websphere Application Server
· IBM Portal Server
· LDAP
· Tivoli Access Manager
· 2+ years of experience with the following technologies
· Java (J2EE, Struts, tag library, servlets, jsp)
· XML, XSL
· Web-based applications
· SOAP, Webservices
· Portlets
· Ant
· SQL
· IBM DB2
· Unix/Solaris
· 2+ years of experience with the following technologies
· JSF and/or Struts and/or Spring framework
· Hibernate and/or iBatis
· AJAX
· 2 year experience with Software Development process like RUP
or Agile.
