Need Server Side Java Developer
Location Columbus OH
Duration 1 year
*IN person interview will be required *
*Skills:*
• Excellent analytical, communication, organizational and problem-solving
skills coupled with a strong work ethic
• Self motivated, self driven, and relentless pursuit of
• Ability to translate business requirements into functional requirements
documentation
• 5+ years experience with full development lifecycle from inception through
implementation
• 5+ years experience with Java
• 3+ years experience working in both Unix (AIX preferred) and Windows
environments
• Experience with development, deployment, and support of large-scale
distributed applications in a mission-critical production environment
• Test-infected attitude (strong desire to perform thorough and exhaustive
unit, integration and system testing). Test-driven development is encouraged
*Desired Skills: *
• Demonstrated experience with JMS
• Spring 2.5.5 or higher
• Subversion
• Exposure to Open Source technologies (Junit, Log4J, Apache-anything)
• Strong SQL skills - knowing how to write SQL that performs is desired
*Roles:*
Take requirements from the Business, analyze the best solution, create
technical requirements and then create that in code.
