*Location: Charlotte, NC OR Roanoke, VA*
The Analyst monitors processing activities of the data warehouse and
responds to problems that may occur to ensure accurate and timely delivery
of data to internal and external databases.
· The Analyst will also write and monitor test scripts, queries, or
programs which perform quality control assessments on the data.
· The Analyst provides customer support by interfacing with
customers to resolve problems concerning data issues.
· The Analyst must have experience reviewing and understanding
requirement documents, design and specifications documents (conceptual data
models, logical and physical data models and data dictionaries.
· The Analyst is required to evaluate all documentation, identify
gaps and develop test plans, test scripts and test mitigation strategies.
· The Analyst must work effectively with Project Managers, Business
Analysts, technical team resources and business partners to ensure clarity
of requirements, test plans and test results.
· The KPIs for this position is to deliver all assigned work on
time, on budget with zero defects. To the extent that defects are
unavoidable, the Analyst must develop a mitigation strategy that is approved
by the Development Manager, MIS Manager and business stake-holders.
· *Extensive knowledge of MS SQL*
