*Oracle DBA - Oracle Database Administrator / Duration: 3-4 months
Location: Maryland / Rate: Negotiable***
· Knowledge and experience in the following relational database
products (*Oracle* 10g *PL/SQL*; *Oracle* 10g database administration; Quest
Toad for *Oracle*)
· Extensive experience with the target platform, generally
experienced in other DB platforms, including worked on Sun Solaris/Linux
· Must have worked on (10G/11G RAC, ASM, OEM 11g grid, Data Guard,
Flashback technology, 9i/10g/11g upgrades, Rolling/*Oracle* critical patch
set implementation)
· Hands on experience in creating table partitions, bitmap indexes,
star transformation, data compression and query rewrite
· Must be able to implement multiple methods of data extraction
· Hands on experience needed using SQL Loader, External tables, OCI
and Direct path API's, export/import and data pump
· Hands on experience in Data transformation using SQL, *PL/SQL*,
table functions Ability to write Packages, Procedures and Functions
· Willingness to support production databases in a high quality and
dynamic environment
