*Rate   :  Open*

*Duration:  5/9/11 to 9/2/11
**Location: St. Louis, MO*


Configures, implements, maintains and upgrades CRM design and configuration.
Analyzes user CRM requirements and integrates ECC Sales/Middleware/CRM.
Understands SAP OTC life cycle. Provides ongoing CRM system support. May be
involved in the requirements definition phase. Usually requires 5 to 10
years of previous experience.

Below are details/specific requirements for this position. Please submit

This is for CRM - CIC & Service Functional Resource with a very good comfort
around technical understanding in WebUI/BSP space.

Candidate must have minimum of 6 years experience in SAP CRM design and
configuration.

Must have hands on experience with CRM CIC & Service with extensive
experience in analyzing modifications around WebUI and writing detailed
technical specs for ABAP/BSP team.

Additional experience with implementing CRM Marketing, ISA, CRM Analytics
and other modules in CRM2007 6.0/7.0 will be a plus.

Must have experience integrating with ECC Sales/Middleware/ CRM.
Understanding of SAP OTC life cycle is needed.

This is a functional role, and code writing is not required. However,
Individual must have a good understanding of technical components (ABAP/BSP,
Java) to write detailed techo-functional requests for development team.

Should be able to debug and find areas/module to understand requirements for
UI customization.

Excellent relationship and networking skills would be required to help build
relationships within the team, across other IT teams and with Business
groups.

Candidate Fosters a sense of urgency, with ability to identify and overcome
obstacles. Balances the big picture with day-to-day activities/issues. Is
persistent in the pursuit of results.

Ability to independently drive issue resolution, develop business knowledge
and apply technical alternatives.

Candidates must have agility to respond quickly in a rapidly changing
business environment.

Strong analytical skills, the ability to learn quickly and the ability to
manage multiple assignments are required. Self motivated and team player.

Communication: Creates an environment that fosters open, frank
communication. Clearly expresses oneself verbally and in writing. Listens
carefully and solicits other opinions.
