Skills:
· Minimum of 5 years of experience in an enterprise internet
environment.
· 3 - 5 years of Senior System Administration knowledge of Windows
Server 2003 and Windows Server 2008
· Familiarity with HP ProLiant Server Familiarity - DL 380 (G4 and
G5) - DL 585 (G2 and G5)
· HP Systems Insight Manager version 5 (Monitoring and Patching)
· Microsoft MCSE, MCSA certification preferred.
· Knowledge of Microsoft core technologies as they apply to the
Internet and Web Services technologies.
· Working knowledge in MS SQL Server 2003/2008
· College degree, specialized training, or equivalent work
experience
· Deep understanding of IT roles and typical skill levels by role
· Knowledge of the project lifecycle and the application
development lifecycle, role/skill relevancy by phase
· Strong written and verbal communication skills, strong
collaboration and negotiation skills
· Maintain current knowledge of resource vendors and professional
services firms in the market
*General Skills:*
· Advanced understanding of LoB technology drivers and their
impact on architecture design
· Advanced understanding of system performance and monitoring
· Proficient in more than one specific infrastructure technology
· Advanced understanding of industry best practices
· Advanced troubleshooting skills
