*Oracle CRM Techno Functional Consultant*
*Location : Trumbull, CT*
*Duration : Long term*
*Experience : 8+ Years*
· Service and Logistics Resource – this position requires the
candidate to understand and react to the business challenges of an
organization which intensely uses the Service Request process, the standard
Oracle task assignment engines and debrief process to demonstrate material
and labor usages.
· *Resource should be experienced in Field Services, Service
Contracts and Depot Repair*
· The resource must understand the configuration requirements and
effects related to a typical Field Service and Logistics process. Examples
of these include:
· Transaction Billing Types, Coverages defined in Contracts, Spares
Planner, Planners Desktop, Item/BOM Setup, Order Fulfillment Process,
OM/RTW/Pick Confirm, BOM to Configurator, Oracle API’s (interface
processing), TOAD knowledge; query writing, key Service and Logistics table
knowledge, Application Knowledge: PO, Inventory. BOM. Shipping
· As our Service organization uses Oracle Spares to maintain their
logistics requirements for each service technician. We require someone who
is strong in the Oracle Inventory application
· The resource should have repeated experience delivering successful
Service, Spares and Inventory implementations. Experience in Service
Contracts, Bill of Materials and Configurator are useful as support often
requires full appreciation of the integration requirements within Oracle.
· Must have excellent client relationship skills, strong verbal,
written and interpersonal communication and the ability to appreciate
urgencies and prioritize. Must be able to work independently, write
functional specifications, designs and test plans and have the capacity to
perform thorough analysis to problem solve using what tools are available to
them.
