Need *Data warehousing Business Analyst / Data Analyst* WITH *BI * EXPERIENCE
for our projects

*OBIEE* REPORTING EXPERIENCE IS A HUGE PLUS
*Job Description:*
· Conduct business analysis and provide subject area domain
expertise
o Incorporate analysis into detailed functional specifications
documentation
o Create documents including data samples, use case, key project
assumptions, report samples, proposed ad hoc samples, data flows, logical
data models and other details
o Bridge the understanding between business and technical teams.
o Develop deep understanding of source systems, business usage, DW
transformations and business logic, data issues, etc
o Create test scenarios and test cases in consultation with business team
o Perform QA of new reports/dashboards based on functional understanding
of system, prior to hand-off to UAT team.
o Create functional documents, user guides and testing documents
· Work with key business end users to conceptualize and document new
product or reporting requirements.
· Understand packaged software business drivers in order to help
enhance the existing data warehouse and reporting systems.
· Ability to work at all levels of business and technology
organizations to communicate requirements.
· Report status/progress to senior and executive management.
· Aptitude to work collaboratively with other BI and ETL resources
to design and develop effective solutions
· Ability to design a data warehouse and has interest in doing it.
*Requirements:*
Minimum 8yrs + Experience as a DW Business *Analyst* / Data
Strong understanding of Data modeling concepts
Domain expertise in packaged applications, particularly one of these –
Siebel, Salesforce.com, Oracle EBS
Experience with reporting tools is a huge plus, particularly *OBIEE*
Understanding of Data warehousing concepts – must have worked on DW projects
previously
Extremely good written and oral communication skills
Strong database and DW experience
Candidate should have experience in reporting and analytics
