Job Description:
This resource will need excellent written and verbal communication
skills, as they will have to be working directly with various business
partners and others designing the solution. Suitable candidates will
have experience working with offshore teams, managing work between
distributed teams and should have been responsible for estimating and
delivering the technical solution.
Technical Skills required:
Java, EJB, Servlet, JSP
IBM WSAD/RAD Java
Rational Unified Process
HTML, JavaScript, XML
Web Services
DB2 and Stored procedures
SQL
Additional skills preferred:
IAF Frameworks experience
Quick understanding of preferred programming models
Integrating Java applications
Messaging services
Duties:
Providing work direction to offshore resources for development
Analyze, develop, and implement complex functionality according to
business requirements
Provide ongoing support for production applications
Object modeling
Defining test plans
Other requirements:
Degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience preferred
