SAP Sales Distribution (SD) - 4 years experience, 2 implementations
SD modules/processes:
· Material Determination - 4 years experience, 2 implementations
· Material Exclusion - 4 years experience, 2 implementations
· Sales Orders - 4 years experience, 2 implementations
· System Modifications - 4 years experience, 2 implementations
· Customer Master - 4 years experience, 2 implementations
*Requirements:*
· SAP Sales & Distribution consultant with at least 4 full lifecycle
implementations, ASAP knowledge
· Wholesale Distribution Industry experience is a plus. Web portal
experience is a plus.
· Strong communication skills are critical.
· Role will focus on all SD OTC processes Senior Level or above
· Experience with EDI or other electronic invoice interfaces is a
plus
· Experience designing invoice forms
· Experience with Material Determination and Exclusions
· Experience with SD user exits, and writing functional specs for
RICEF objects
· Knowledge of Revenue Recognition
· Strong Data Analysis Skills
· Advanced Knowledge of whole OTC process
*Deliverables:*
· Provide subject matter, process experience, and technical
expertise in the area of SAP SD
· Participate in the Post Go-Live Support phases of the project and
integration activities during rollout of subsequent distribution centers
· Mentor and Knowledge transfer to client project team members
· Participate as primary, co and/or contributing author on any and
all project deliverables associated with their assigned areas of
responsibility
· Serve as primary author on white papers/issue resolution documents
as needed.
· Facilitate workshops
· Participate in workshops
· Provide best practice and industry specific solutions
· Advise on and provide alternative (out of the box) solutions
· Provide thought leadership as well as hands on technical
configuration as needed.
· Participate as a member of a functional team
· Perform other duties as assigned.
· Report time on a weekly basis
· General Responsibilities of a Functional Team Member:
Configuration, configuration documentation, work closely with MM/FI teams to
configure SD, documenting functional specs for development objects,
documenting Test Scripts (creating and coaching the client) for transactions
and development objects, Execute Unit Tests on Configuration, Execute Unit
Test son Development Objects, Facilitation of workshops to resolve
issues/gaps or items missed during blueprint, Integration test planning,
Integration test scripts (creating and coaching the client on how to
create), integration testing support, knowledge transfer to client, LSMW's
where applicable to assist in conversions, cutover support, post go-live
support
