Job title: Business Analyst
Location: Columbus, Ohio
Duration: 5 months plus ongoing long term potential
Business Analyst to support the replacement of ATM platform and related
projects. Experience working in a banking environment with ATMs, Plastics
(Debit, ATM, Credit, and Pre-paid), Transaction Networks, and conversions is
required.
Drive the development of business requirements for medium to high complexity
processes.
· Define the business process inventory and approach to
gathering/documenting requirements.
· Document current-state processes and data for impacted business
processes.
· Define gaps/issues to be resolved by the project, options for
resolution, and recommendation.
· Document future-state processes and data resulting from
recommendations.
Support the Detailed Requirements, Design, Test, and Deployment phases.
o Detailed Requirements
- Write use cases as required
- Review and gain approval for use cases, if applicable.
- Resolve issues and action items.
- Assist in Test Planning
o Design
- Assist with UI mock ups and/or other design documents, if
applicable.
- Assist in the build of test scripts, if applicable
- Resolve issues and action items.
o Test
- Execute functional and system testing, if applicable
- Manage UAT testing efforts
