• Command line working knowledge of UNIX
• Leadership skills to drive the design discussions
• Ability to suggest/recommend TIBCO products for business
requirements
• Ability to express complex technical concepts effectively, both oral
and written
• Ability triage, debug and resolve application issues
• Ability to work within a fast moving environment
• Ability to work well with people from many different disciplines
with varying degrees of technical experience
• Good communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation skills)
