   - *Expertise in Securities (equities and fixed income), Tri-party Repo
   and Clearance.*
   - Software Development methodologies
   - *Have  domain experience in Capital Markets, trade and settlement,
   collateral management business of securities.*

*Key Responsibilities:*

As a Sr. Business Analyst, you will be responsible for working on major
project for the US Broker Dealer Technology Group, delivering industry
leading software solution within aggressive timelines.   You will be
responsible for ensuring that the project deliverables fulfill the
business’s agreed requirements. This will include analysis & documentation
of functional and non-functional business requirements, process modeling,
validation of technical deliverables to meet those requirements and strategy
to test code developed.  Your will liaison between the lines of business and
the Development team. Analyze Business Requirements to understand the
business needs and to determine how their applications can best functionally
fulfill those needs.  Combine knowledge of what the business wants with
knowledge of how the systems are built and used to create functional designs
across applications.



Throughout a project the Business Analyst is also responsible for:

   - Progress reporting to the PM, including advice of deviation from plan
   at earliest opportunity.
   - Ensuring all risks and issues relating to scope and analysis are
   reported to the PM at the earliest opportunity. Manage these risks and
   issues as appropriate.
   - Identification and evaluation of new tools and processes which would
   provide benefit to the team
   - Ensuring that all re-usable resources and knowledge are stored in the
   appropriate knowledge base for the benefit of others in the team. This will
   include items that are not necessarily linked to any single project.
   - Validation and quality control of any business analysis deliverables
   produced by external vendors.
   - The Business Analyst is responsible for determining the most
   appropriate analysis approach to be used for each project, with the
   agreement of the Project Manager and Technology Manager.
   - The Business Analyst is responsible for reviewing the scope of the
   project overall and the analysis exercise itself, as initially defined by
   the Business.  This is to ensure that this is clear and must occur prior to
   requesting funding for the Scoping and Analysis Phase of a project.

The Business Analyst, in conjunction with the Project Manager, is
responsible for producing estimates of the analysis effort required when
requesting funding for the Scoping and Analysis phase of a project.
