SAP ABAP Developer – HR
Location: Riverside, CA
Duration: 6 months to ongoing
Rate: Open
*Client will hire based on phone/video interview *
*Responsibilities*
-Communicate\Collaborate effectively with functional SAP HR analysts to
design solutions delivered using SAP technology
-Build\Test\Document enhanced functionality in our SAP HR system based on HR
business requirements
-Debug\Resolve SAP HR system related issues
-Collaborate with other developers on best practices
-Stay current on SAP technology changes
-This individual will work with a team of analysts and other developers to
solve key HR business systems-related problems and improve existing HR
processes.
*Requirements*
-Must have worked on a minimum of 5 SAP HR projects and be knowledgeable of
US Payroll, Benefits, and HR business/legal processes
-Knowledge of the SAP HR module, HR data, HR processes, and SAP HR ABAP
programming techniques (PNP Logical Database, SAP HR macros)
-Work independently with minimal guidance
-Deliver SAP HR custom development objects in an expedited and accelerated
manner
-A bachelor’s degree in information systems, computer science, or a related
field
-A minimum of two years of recent ABAP development experience
-Strong communication skills
-Excellent office and computer skills
*Recommended Qualifications*
• E-Recruiting knowledge a plus
• Web Dynpro for ABAP or BSP knowledge a plus
• Workflow knowledge a plus
