BI architect

*Required Skills:*
ü 6-8 years of solid experience.
ü Lead analysis and design activities based on business and system
requirements and use cases.
ü Strong knowledge of Relational Database Design, Third Normal form,
Data Warehouse / OLAP concepts and methodologies.
ü SQL server data modeling including star schema and snowflake schema
ü High level ETL architecture with Enterprise architecture
ü Hand-on on SSRS and SSAS
ü Ability to provide technical architecture vision and recommend
strategy/solution.
ü Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
ü Experience in SDLC, AGILE methodologies.
ü Experience in Onsite-Offshore project delivery Model.
ü Manage project issues and swift resolution for project success.
ü Assess technology risks and resolve issues affecting the successful
delivery of projects.
ü Provide technical leadership to help influence the short and longer
term Data warehouse roadmap.
ü Mentor and coach team members, solution engineers and developers to
help increase overall capability and to facilitate an integrated team
approach to delivering.
ü Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships
with team members, managers, product specialists and business customers.
ü Ability to respond to pressure/plan work to meet deadlines when work
speed and sustained accuracy are critical.
ü Define and implement developer best practices and procedures for DW
development
