Job Description
· At least three years experience in a Business Analyst role
· At least one year of experience in a true Agile/ Scrum / XP
environment
· At least one year of experience with eliciting and preparing
User Stories
· Experience using Agile Acceptance Test Frameworks a plus
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Excellent organization skills
Responsibilities
· Interface with all levels of client and internal teams
· Enable collaboration between the product owner and/or
customer with the developers and testers on the project team
· Devise and prepare concise and effective User Stories
· Determine precise and accurate User Story acceptance
criteria
· Assist the developers & testers in translating user
acceptance criteria into consumable scripts for the automation test
frameworks
· Assist the PM in grooming & right-sizing the product backlog
by distinguishing user requests from user needs
· Assist the testers in arranging customer reviews
