Scope of Tasks:
% time on-site: 100% for the first month. Could be reduced to 80% after that
Scope of responsibilities:
· To configure SAP Talent Management.
· The customer intends to have employees update a certain set of
skills in SAP, and then interface it to a third party Talent Management
system.
· Responsibilities will include leading Business Blueprint
workshops, configuring SAP, writing or co-writing functional specs for
interfaces, and reports, providing input for Test Script creation, and
supporting UAT, and cut-over activities.
· More than one full project implementation of SAP Talent Management
is required.
